Terms of Service
1. Definitions
“Bot” refers to the D-Security bot
“User” refers to any individual using the Bot
“Server Owner” refers to the owner of the Discord server where the bot is installed
“Third-Party Services” refers to external services integrated with the Bot for moderation, analysis, or security purposes
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Bot means you accept the most recent version of these terms
3. Data Processing
When any Auto Mod module is enabled, the Bot will read newly sent messages in the server.
Some specific Auto Mod modules will securely share messages with a trustful Third-Party services for moderation and analysis
4. Prohibited Actions
Do not attempt to abuse, exploit or bypass the Bot.
Discovered vulnerabilities or exploits must be reported immediately to the Bot staff
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the rights to prohibit any User or Server from using the Bot at any time, without prior notice.
Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
Violating these ToS
Violating Discord's ToS, guidelines or privacy policy
Operating a server considered illegal, fraudulent or harmful
6. Publicity Rights
We may contact Server Owners to request permission to feature their server as a showcase or case study in promotional materials. No server data will be used in publicity without prior consent.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or full protection from misuse. We are not liable for damages, losses, or issues arising from use or inability to use the Bot.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Showcases
4. Data Sharing
Messages may be shared securely with trusted Third-Party Services for moderation/analysis
Basic data may be shared internally within our team for maintenance and improvement
5. Data Security
We implement security measures to protect your data including.
In case of data breach, we are not liable for damages caused by unauthorised access
6. User Rights
Users may:
Request access to their stored data
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of data, where legally and technically possible.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for legitimate security, moderation, or legal purposes. Reported user IDs may be retained to prevent repeated abuse.
8. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
